Note:  If using map quest or a navigation system, enter FRISCH COURT, Paramus, NJ 07652.
Even though the address is FOREST AVENUE, our CENTER is behind FOREST AVENUE.

From Rt. 4 Eastbound: 

Exit at FOREST AVE.  Stay in right lane as road curves until you come to traffic light.  Make a right onto FOREST AVENUE.  Go slow as you cross over Route 4 and look for the 4 West sign.  The 4 West sign comes up immediately.  Make a RIGHT as if you were planning to make a U-turn.  As you begin to swing around, you will come to a YIELD sign.  Treat the YIELD sign as if it were a STOP sign.   DO NOT MAKE THE U-TURN.  After you pause at the YIELD sign, drive straight through two lanes of traffic onto FRISCH COURT.  As you drive down FRISCH, you will see an Orthopedic Sports and Spine Center to your left and a STAPLES to your Right.  Make the first LEFT after the Spine Center.  You will see the TKL Building which is 4 Forest Avenue.  Keep driving until the TKL building comes to an end.  The next building is 6 FOREST AVENUE.  If you park to the side of the building, it will say STERLING RESOURCES.  If you park in the front of the building, it will say RAD COM.  When you walk in, the glass door says 6 FOREST AVENUE.

As you enter the lobby, take the elevator (on the right) to the 2nd floor.  As you come out of the elevator, look to the left and you will see a suite, CENTER FOR NEUROFEEDBACK AND INTEGRATIVE HEALTH snug in the corner.  Make yourself comfortable in the waiting area, and we will greet you at the time of the appointment.

From Rt. 4 Westbound: 

Exit at FOREST AVENUE.  Go slow and creep up the road.  Make a RIGHT onto FRISCH COURT.  You will see the ORTHOPEDIC and SPORTS SPINE CENTER to the left and a STAPLES to the right.  Drive down FRISCH until you see the TKL BUILDING (4 Forest AVENUE) and make a LEFT.  Keep driving until the TKL BUILDING comes to an end.  The next building is 6 FOREST AVENUE.  If you park to the side of the building, it will say STERLING RESOURCES.  If you park in the front of the building, it will say RAD COM.  When you walk in, the glass door says 6 FOREST AVENUE.
